FAQs During The Covid-19 Lockdown

At these times we appreciate that our customers may be concerned about their vehicles’ MOT/service lapsing, warranty on their vehicles, needs repair work done or their ongoing ability to meet their financial commitments. Hence we have created this FAQs for you.

1. My service is due if I miss it will my warranty be affected?

Due to the current restrictions your scheduled service cannot be performed at the time or mileage required. So the Service Schedule will be extended along with the Manufacturer Guidelines. As long as you meet this extended service schedule then your warranty will not be affected. Please click on links below for Terms & Conditions from Manufacturers about Servicing & Warranty. We recommend that you contact us to book your service as soon as we reopen.

2. What’s happens if I miss my MOT?

From 30th of March 2020, MOT due dates for cars, motorcycles and light vans will be extended up to 6 months. We recommend that you contact us to book your MOT as soon as we reopen.

3. Is your parts/tyre bay open?

Our Parts Department & Tyre Bay is Closed along with Government Guidelines.

4. Can I still reserve a vehicle?

You cannot currently reserve a vehicle. However, you can enquire via our website and social platforms and we will contact you as soon as we reopen.

5. I have a new vehicle on order with you will the price still be the same?

If your vehicle was due to take delivery before the 1st of April 2020 then yes your vehicle will remain the same price.

6. When are you reopening? 

We will reopen once the Government announces we are safe to do so and we are following their advice closely on a daily basis. Please follow our social media platforms or check our website for further updates about reopening. We will update these platforms accordingly.
