The battery pack is certified with IP67 for water and dust resistance and certified with USA UL2580 for battery safety. Plus, the pack is strengthened with beam and cover in the aluminium casting frame for scraping, pothole and splash protection.

Powerful drivetrain
122 PS maximum motor power + 162 PS maximum engine power + 230Nm maximum motor torque + 250 Nm maximum engine torque enables the MG EHS Plug-in Hybrid to accelerate from 0 to 100km/h within 6.9 seconds, leading in this segment.
New Intelligent HCU
The brand new Hybrid Control Unit can analyse the energy requirement by recognising the road conditions then deciding the energy output distribution and adjusting the battery level. Most importantly, it will actively learn the driver’s driving behaviour to adjust the energy distribution. The more you drive, the more intelligent the car becomes.
